Machine Safety AS 4024.1 Training
HIMA Australia also offers a new course for machine builders that focuses on the implementation and delivery of projects which require safety integrity level (SIL) or category ratings. The course covers the electrical requirements and the safety controller aspects of AS 4024. It will also introduce students to other standards that can be used when delivering projects requiring safety programmable logic controller (PLC) including AS 61508, AS 62061, AS 60204, and EN 13849.
